At Sakhya, we're dedicated to delivering your orders swiftly, safely, and reliably across India. All shipments are handled via NimbusPost, which partners with Indiaβs leading couriers like Delhivery, Xpressbees, and Bluedart.

- Orders are processed within 1β3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
π Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery time (Pan-India): 3β7 business days after dispatch.
- Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer.
- Youβll receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
π° Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above βΉ999 (India only)
- Orders below βΉ999 will incur a standard shipping fee, displayed at checkout.
π Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
π¦ Undelivered / Rejected Parcels
If a parcel is undelivered or refused due to:
- Wrong address
- Customer unavailability
- Rejection at delivery
β‘οΈ It will be marked RTO (Return to Origin).
In such cases:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- If you request re-shipping, the return + new shipping cost will be charged to you
- Refunds, if applicable, will be made after deducting the original and return shipping cost
π₯ Proof of Delivery & Disputes
- All shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation
- For missing or unreceived packages, raise a dispute within 48 hours of delivery status
- Disputes will be investigated with the courier partner and may take 5β10 business days
- Support your claim with necessary proof (e.g., no delivery, CCTV footage, gate logs if applicable)
π· Damaged or Tampered Parcels
Please do not accept packages that appear tampered or damaged.
If received:
- Take clear photos/videos of the outer packaging and product
- Email us at info@sakhiyafashion.com within 24 hours of delivery
- Claims without proper visual proof may not be accepted
