At Sakhya, we want you to love what you wear. To ensure trust and fairness, we offer returns, exchanges, and refunds under specific conditions. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
✅ Return & Exchange Eligibility
You can request a return or exchange if:

You received the wrong product or size

The product has a manufacturing defect.
To qualify:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Tags must be intact, and the original packaging & invoice must be included

A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any claim

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
📦 Returns

Returns for preference/fit issues: Refund will be given as store credit/coupon (valid for 6 months).

Returns for defects or wrong item: Full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed after the item passes our quality check at the warehouse.

Please allow 7–10 business days for refund/store credit after we receive your return.
🔁 Exchanges

One-time free size exchange is available per order.

If the size you want is unavailable, we will issue store credit instead.

Customers may self-ship or opt for reverse pickup (₹100 shipping fee).

🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video
To ensure transparency and fairness:

A clear unboxing video from the sealed package to the final product is required.

The issue (wrong product, defect, damage, etc.) must be visible in the video.

No claims will be accepted without an unboxing video.
💸 Refund Timelines

Reverse pickup & inspection: 6–7 business days

Refund/store credit: within 10 business days of item approval
👉 Bonus: If you opt for store credit instead of refund, we’ll add an extra ₹100 as a thank-you for shopping with us.
🌍 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without justification.
